My name is Michelle Posey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
I love working with children & families, and I believe they are experts on themselves and have within themselves the ability to grow, change, and thrive. I work to build rapport with not only the client but their families, uphold each client’s worth, help them find value within themselves, and help them to succeed.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development in 2008 from the University of Arkansas and my Masters of Social Work in 2018.
I am Clinical Supervisor of our NWA office and a school based therapist in West Fork School District where I have worked for the last 17 years. I live within the community I serve and love to support the West Fork Tigers!
I am a mom to Joshua, who is 21, & Ethan a freshman in high school. I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 24 years. We have a two cats, a dog, and two ducks! In my free time I love to travel, go to thrift stores, and spend time with my family. I love being a Social Worker, as its the best job there is!
