The CES Waiver ensures that qualified individuals can live the most independent lives possible.
What To Expect From Waiver Services
CES Waiver is a Medicaid-funded program that provides a variety of community-based services to eligible individuals. Friendship Community Care offers complete waiver support including:
- A person-centered approach to maximize the available services for each eligible individual.
- Monitor health care needs and reach goals through enrolled activities covered by the Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) program.
- Access to all available waiver services to accommodate a variety of needs.
- Complete care through wrap around services such as a Representative Payee, personal care (in participating locations), day programming (in participating locations), therapies, behavioral health services, 24-hour manager and nurse on call.
- A statewide provider for Waiver access across Arkansas.
