My name is Ashley Goins and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have more than 5 years’ experience working specifically with children and families.
My mission is to support clients where they are and to achieve whatever goals they may have in order to live a more fulfilled life. I will use a blend of various modalities such as solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance & commitment therapy, with a person centered approach to help them do so.
I provide a non-judgmental space where clients can be heard and feel safe to be there authentic selves. I have experience helping clients navigate anger, disruptive behaviors, ADHD, impulse control, oppositional defiance, anxiety, depression, grief and suicidal thoughts.
