Malindi Holder is a proud native of Muskogee, Oklahoma. She moved to Northwest Arkansas for college and quickly fell in love with the area. An avid hiker and devoted dog owner, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and spoiling her furry companion.

She is deeply passionate about supporting individuals facing complex trauma, PTSD, abuse, and life’s everyday challenges. She firmly believes that all trauma is valid and that every step forward, no matter how small, is meaningful progress.
